Iowa State becomes bowl eligible with an easy romp over Kansas. The Cyclones rush for 320 yards, led by Ennis Haywood's 185 yards and 4 TDs. Punter Tony Yelk even gets into the act rushing for 48 yards after a bad snap to set up Haywood's 1st TD run.

Iowa State holds Kansas to 211 yards while forcing 5 turnovers, including a 36-yard INT return by Mark Word. Haywood scores on runs of 1, 6, 13 and 4 yards, helping the Cyclones to a 28-0 halftime lead.
