LSU stays alive in the SEC West as Josh Reed turns in a record-setting day for the Tigers. Reed catches 19 passes for 293 yards, SEC records to torment Alabama. Rohan Davey completes 35-of-44 for 528 yards and 2 TDs.

Despite the Tigers' aerial success, the Tide answers for much of the game, tying it 21-21 after Tyler Watts' 22-yard TD run and Antonio Carter's run for a 2-point conversion. However, Davey and Reed strike again, combing for a 25-yard TD pass and LaBrandon Toefield later adds his 3rd TD run of the game.
