Mills starts the rally with a 69-yard TD run after his mistake results in an INT and 45-yard return by Derek Ross for a 27-9 lead for Ohio State. Mills follows his TD run with a 26-yard TD pass to Tony Johnson to draw Penn State within 27-22 and then finds Eric McCoo with a 14-yard TD pass early in the 4th quarter for the lead. Mills throws for 280 yards and rushes for 126 yards.
