Rasheed Marshall takes over for the injured Lewis and runs for a TD and throws for another.

The Panthers are able to pile up huge statistical edges as David Priestley throws for 269 yards and 1 TD, and Antonio Bryant catches 11 passes for 186 yards and 1 TD, helping Pitt keep alive its bowl hopes.
