Hoosiers hold off the Boilermakers 13-7 to win back the Old Oaken Bucket.

Indiana stops Purdue deep in Hoosier territory twice in the 4th quarter to help snap a 4-game losing streak to the Boilermakers. Indiana stops Montell Lowe on 4th-and-goal from the 1-yard line early in the 4th quarter, and then stops Purdue's final drive after it gets inside the 20 in the final 2 minutes.

Indiana dominates in the heavy rain of the 1st half, with Levron Williams breaking free for a 52-yard TD run in the 1st quarter and Antwan Randle El adds a 10-yard TD run in the 2nd for a 13-0 halftime lead. Kyle Orton, making his 1st start, hits 31-of-62 passes for 262 yards and a 3rd quarter 14-yard TD pass to John Standeford. But the Boilermakers are unable to complete the comeback.
