Leading 24-15, Arizona State strikes for 29 unanswered points to put away San Jose State. Jeff Krohn throws for 229 yards and 4 TDs, and runs for another while Delvon Flowers rushes for 159 yards and 1 TD. Ryan Dennard scores 4 TDs, 3 on receptions and 1 on a fumble.

Unable to shake the Spartans into the 3rd quarter, Krohn hits Shaun McDonald for a 50-yard TD pass and 31-15 lead, and then Dennard corrals a fumble and carries it in 38 yards for a score and 39-15 edge. Krohn and Flowers add TD runs to finish off San Jose State.
