Crimson Tide prevails in the wet for a 28-15 win over the Golden Eagles.

Alabama rushes for 221 yards, led by Ahmad Galloway's 126 yards and 2 TDs, on a rain-soaked, puddle-filled turf. The Tide earns bowl-eligibility turning back Southern Miss.

Leading 13-8, the Tide pulls away in the 2nd half following a defensive safety. Andrew Zow tosses his 2nd TD of the game, a 26-yarder to Freddie Milons in the 3rd quarter for a 22-8 lead, and then Galloway adds a 11-yard TD run in the 4th quarter to seal the outcome.
