Central Florida holds UAB to just 111 total yards, force 2 turnovers, converting one into the clinching TD when Josh McKibben recovers a fumble in the end zone late in the 4th quarter. The Blazers defense remains equally stingy for a half, allowing the Knights just a 3-0 halftime lead.

Central Florida expands the lead on Terrence Williams' 1-yard TD run in the 3rd. Ryan Schneider throws for 290 yards, and opens the Knights' lead to 17-0 with a 64-yard TD pass to Doug Gabriel.
