Bulldogs stop the #22 Rams in the end to win 32-30.

Frenso State's Cameron Worrell knocks down Bradlee Van Pelt's pass for 2 points with :50 left to preserve the Bulldogs' narrow lead and turn back Colorado State's rally. Its the 2nd big knock down of the 4th quarter for Fresno State, leading 32-21, Logan Mankins blocks a 32-yard FG attempt by Jeff Babcock that would have pulled the Rams within a score midway through the 4th quarter.

Fresno State also forces the Rams to settle for a FG after 1st-and-goal with 5 minutes to play. The big stops help the Bulldogs overcome a huge night by Van Pelt, who throws for 214 yards and 2 TDs, including a 70-yarder to David Anderson, and also runs for 125 yards, including a 79-yard TD run.

The Bulldogs counter with Paul Pinegar's 184 yards and 1 TD passing, and Rodney Davis' 115 yards rushing and 1 TD. Fresno State also gets a safety and a 59-yard punt return for a TD by Adam Jennings from its special teams.
