Down 13-12, Rex Grossman hits Ben Troupe with a 10-yard TD pass w/ 11:32 left and then the Florida defense stops Georgia to knock the Bulldogs from the unbeaten ranks. Grossman throws for 339 yards and 2 TDs.

Guss Scott returns an INT 47 yards for a TD in the 2nd quarter and a 12-7 Florida lead. However, Billy Bennett hits a pair of FGs before halftime and the Bulldogs hold the lead until the Gators' 4th quarter rally.
