#11 Wolverines pull away for a 41-24 win over the Gophers.

Michigan breaks a 17-17 tie with an outburst of 24 poings in 7 minutes of the 2nd half. After Adam Finley's 24-yard FG gives the Wolverines a lead, John Navarre hits Braylon Edwards with a 10-yard TD pass and B.J. Askew scores on TD runs of 4 and 59 yards for a 41-17 lead.

Askew rushes for 126 yards on 11 carries, while Navarre throws for 225 yards and 2 TDs. Minnesota had stayed close with a pair of TD passes by Asad Abdul-Khaliq, but the Gophers are undercut by 3 INTs, including on that sets up Askew's 1st TD run that opened a 34-17 edge early in the 4th quarter.
