Oregon State's offense rolls as the Beavers deal Oregon its 5th loss in 6 games after it rose to #6 in the polls. Steven Jackson rushes for 153 yards and 2 TDs and catches a 69-yard TD pass. Derek Anderson balances the attack with 370 yards and 4 TDs through the air.

Anderson and Jackson hook up for a 69-yard TD pass to open a 17-3 lead for the Beavers in the 2nd. After the Ducks rally to draw even, Anderson counters with 2 more TD passes and Jackson adds a 1-yard TD run to build a 38-17 edge in the 4th quarter.
