Penn State grounds Wisconsin's running game, holding Anthony Davis to just 46 yards rushing, while also hounding Brooks Bollinger, sacking him 7 times. Bollinger's 28-yard TD pass to Jonathan Orr cuts the lead to 3 with just over a minute to play, but the Lions recover the ensuing onside kick.
