Oklahoma strikes for 2 quick scores late in the 1st half, and then dominates the 2nd half to overwhelm Washington State. Leading just 3-0, the Sooners get a 12-yard TD pass from Nate Hybl to Antwone Savage w/ 1:51 left in the 2nd quarter and then Antonio Perkins scores on a 51-yard punt return just 42 seconds later.

Oklahoma takes a 27-0 lead in the 4th quarter on Hybl's 2nd TD pass before the Cougars are able to get on the board. Hybl throws for 240 yards and 2 TDs, with Quentin Griffin adding 144 yards and 1 TD rushing.
