Razorbacks deliver some familiar humble pie to Mack Brown's #5 Longhorns with a 38-28 upset.

Once again, Brown's heralded Texas squad comes up empty against a border rival. After the Longhorns jump up 7-0, Matt Jones tosses a TD and runs for another to give Arkansas a 14-7 lead in the 1st quarter. De'Arrius Howard converts 1 of 3 Texas turnovers into a 5-yard TD run late in the 2nd quarter.

Texas never finds the switch, managing to score to close the gap to a TD, but each time the Hogs have an answer. Cedric Cobbs' 46-yard TD run early in the 3rd quarter gives Arkansas a 28-14 lead. Howard adds another TD on a 1-yard run in the 4th quarter to re-establish a 35-21 lead. Cobbs rushes for 115 yards while Cedric Benson is held to 27 yards on 13 carries.
