Utes overcome a rally with their own late rally to beat the Bears 31-24.

Utah sees a 21-7 halftime lead slip away as Cal scores 17 straight points in the final 6 minutes of the 3rd quarter. However, the Utes tie it on Bryan Borreson's 35-yard FG w/ 9:01 left in the game, and then go-ahead on Brandon Warfield's 3rd TD run, a 14-yarder, with 1:06 to play.

Warfield runs for 94 yards, and adds 2 TDs in the 1st quarter. However, the Bears get big games from Aaron Rodgers and Geoff McArthur. Rodgers throws for 224 yards and 2 TDs, with McArthur catching 8 passes for 130 yards and 2 TDs. Rodgers' 21-yard TD pass to McArthur gives Cal a 24-21 lead w/ :29 left in the 3rd quarter.
