Oregon builds a 17-point lead three times, and then fights off a 4th quarter rally by Nevada. Oregon stops the Wolfpack's final chance to tie, and then run out the clock. Kellen Clemens throws for 154 yards and 2 TDs, while Samie Parker catches 7 passes for 162 yards and 2 TDs.

Oregon jumps out to a 17-0 lead as Clemens hits Demetrius Williams for an 11-yard TD pass and Parker catches a 43-yarder from Jason Fife. Parker and Clemens hook up on a 39-yard TD pass w/ :05 left in the 1st half for a 24-7 lead. Nevada closes to 24-14 in the 3rd quarter, but then Keith Lewis returns a pick 9 yards for a TD and 31-14 Oregon lead.
