UNLV gets a pair of TD connections from Kurt Nantkes to Greg Estandia in the 4th quarter to rally, as the Rebels overcome 13 penalties and 3 turnovers. Toledo had gone ahead 18-14 in the 3rd quarter when Paul Dye returns a fumble 80 yards for a TD.

The Rebels had gone ahead 7-6 in the 1st quarter on a fumble return of their own as Leon Moore brings one back 25 yards for a score. Nantkes, who throws for 308 yards, tosses the 1st of his 3 TDs for a 14-6 lead. However, Bruce Gradkowski counters with 2 TD passes for Toledo.
