Trailing 31-27, Texas Tech scores twice in the closing minutes to win it. Steven Sheffield hits Detron Lewis with an 11-yard TD pass w/ 5:03 left to take the lead, and then Barron Batch seals the win with a 13-yard TD run.

Batch runs for 100 yards and 2 TDs while catching 6 passes for 85 yards. Sheffield goes 9-of-11 for 88 yards after replacing an injured Taylor Potts in the 2nd half. Potts throws for 372 yards and 2 TDs before leaving.
