The Broncos erase a 14-8 1st quarter deficit as Kellen Moore tosses 2 of his 3 TDs after falling behind, helping Boise State to a 28-14 lead after 3 quarters.

Moore finishes 22-of-32 for 187 yards while Doug Martin rushes for 112 yards. Tulsa jumps out to a 14-8 lead as G.J. Kinne tosses a pair of TDs in the 1st quarter. However, Boise State slows the Golden Hurricane until Kinne hits Slick Shelley with a 55-yard TD pass in the 4th quarter to challenge the Broncos' lead.
