#5 Bearcats rally for a 45-44 victory over the Panthers in a wild finish to the Big East season.

Pitt jumps out to a 31-10 lead putting Cincinnati's perfect season in jeopardy, but Mardy Gilyard returns a kickoff 99 yards for a TD w/ 1:10 left in the 1st half setting the stage for what would be a big rally and dramatic ending amid snow flurries. The Panthers lead 38-24 early in the 4th quarter after the 2nd of Dion Lewis' 3 TD runs.

The Bearcats comeback as Tony Pike shrugs off 3 INTs, hitting D.J. Woods with a 8-yard TD pass to cut the margain to 38-30, and then he hits Gilyard with a 2-point conversion after Isaiah Pead's 1-yard TD run w/ 5:46 to play to tie the game. The Panthers answer with a long drive before Lewis' 5-yard TD run w/ 1:36 left. However, a bad snap prevents a successful PAT, leaving the Bearcats down 44-38.

Pike drives Cincinnati 61 yards before a 29-yard TD pass to Armon Binns w/ :33 left and the PAT gives Cincinnati its unbeaten regular season.

Pike finishes with 302 yards and 3 TD passes, while Lewis carries Pitt with 194 yards on 47 carries.
