Gophers air it out in a 42-34 win over the Spartans.

Adam Weber throws for 416 yards and 5 TDs and Minnesota rallies in the 4th quarter. A big 3rd quarter gives Michigan State a 31-28 lead. However, Weber finds Nick Tow-Arnett for a 2-yard TD pass early in the 4th quarter to take the lead, then he connects with Duane Bennett on a 59-yard TD pass to pad Minnesota's lead to 42-34.

Bennett adds a TD run and a 62-yard TD reception on the 1st play of the game. However, Bennett and Weber are almost overshadowed by a huge 3rd quarter by the Spartans, who erase a 21-10 deficit. Kewshawn Martin returns the 2nd half KO 93 yards for a TD, then adds an 84-yard TD run after Bennett's 1-yard TD run. Michigan State takes the lead on Kirk Cousins' 11-yard TD pass to Dion Sims on the final play of the quarter.
