Wyoming erases a 28-17 deficit in the 4th quarter and then wins it when Austyn Carta-Samuels hits David Leonard with a 13-yard TD pass on its possession in the 2nd OT, and then makes a defensive stop to secure the victory. Carta-Samuels hit Leonard with an 11-yard TD pass and then hooks up with Greg Bolling with a 2-point conversion to pull Wyoming within 28-25 of Fresno State in the 4th quarter.

Ian Watts' 37-yard FG ties it w/ :20 left in regulation. Carta-Samuels throws for 201 yards and 3 TDs, while rushing for 71 yards. Alvester Alexander rushes for 137 yards on 12 carries, including a 68-yard TD run in the 1st quarter. Fresno State counters with Ryan Matthews, who rushes for 144 yards and 2 TDs.
