Alabama rushes for 260 yards in overpowering North Texas. Mark Ingram Jr. leads the way with 91 yards and 1 TD on just 8 carries. Trent Richardson adds 81 yards and 1 TD on 11 carries and Terry Grant has 79 yards and 2 TDs.

Greg McElroy throws for 176 yards and 2 TDs, and adds a TD run. McElroy's 2-yard TD run and 34-yard TD pass to Marquis Maze helps the Tide to a 14-0 lead in the 1st quarter and Alabama is never challenged.
