UConn, playing its 1st home game since the death of teammate Jasper Howard, rallies with 2 TDs in the 4th quarter, taking the lead 24-21 on Jordan Todman's 2-yard TD run w/ :38 left in the game. However, Tom Savage hits Tim Brown on a deep pass, and Brown leaves the defenders in his wake for an 81-yard TD pass w/ :22 to play. Brown catches 5 passes for 162 yards and 2 TDs.

Devin McCourty starts a wild contest in fitting fashion, returning the opening kickoff 98 yards for a TD. Savage conencts with Brown on a 37-yard TD pass in the 3rd quarter for a 14-3 lead, however, Robbie Frey returns the ensuing kickoff 100 yards for a TD. Savage hits Mark Harrison with a 20-yard TD pass before halftime.

However, UConn which stuggles with turnovers all game, losing a fumble and 3 INTs, rallies in the 4th quarter after Zach Frazer starts the comeback with a 32-yard TD pass to Marcus Easley.
