TCU gets a pair of TD passes from Andy Dalton, a 71-yard punt return for a score by Jeremy Kerley and holds SMU to negative-16 yards rushing. The Mustangs lead 7-0 in the 2nd quarter, but Antoine Hicks scores on a 2-yard run, and Kerley returns a punt for a TD and 12-7 lead after the ensuing possession.

Matthew Tucker and Joseph Turner add TD runs in the 3rd quarter, and Dalton's 2 TD passes in the 4th quarter seal the victory.
