However, its a late offensive TD that clears the benches as Matt Barkley hits Damian Williams with a 48-yard TD pass w/ :44 left as USC throws deep in response to UCLA using its timeouts in the final minute. The TD is a lone highlight for the Trojans' offense.

USC uses 4 turnovers to spark its rout, with Malcolm Smith notching the 1st score on a 62-yard INT return in the 1st quarter. The Trojans use another turnover to set up the 1st of Allen Bradford's 2 TD runs.
