Arkansas sprints to a 28-0 lead in the 1st half and coast to the win over Tulane. Gary Anderson proves to be dynamite for the Razorbacks, rushing for 156 yards and 1 TD on just 11 carries and adds an 80-yard TD punt return for a TD.
James Tolbert's 1-yard TD run provides the 1st score and Anderson then extends Arkansas' lead with his punt return TD. After Tom Jones' 9-yard TD pass to Steve Clyde in the 2nd quarter, Anderson follows with a 46-yard jaunt for a TD.
