Penn State controls throughout, allowing just 1 real scoring threat by Temple in an easy win. Curt Warner rushes for 117 yards and 2 TDs, and Todd Blackledge scores on a sneak and adds a TD pass.

Warner's 3-yard TD run in the 1st quarter starts the scoring, and then he adds a 19-yarder in the 2nd quarter. Blackledge's 1-yard sneak makes it 20-0 before halftime. He later adds a 5-yard TD pass to Kenny Jackson.
