Bears steal one from the Jayhawks late for 27-14 win.

Baylor snatches victory in Glen Mason's debut at Kansas, scoring twice in the final 1:36 to overcome a 14-12 deficit. Charles Perry breaks free for a 13-yard TD run w/ 1:36 to play to give the Bears the lead and then Anthony Ray adds a 6-yard TD run after Gary Joe Kinne picks off Kelly Donohoe in the final minute.

The Jayhawks appeared to right themselves after a slow start, scoring on a pair of long TD passes by Donohoe in the 2nd quarter. However, Baylor begins its comeback when Robert Blackmon picks up a blocked FG attempt and returns it 59 yards for a TD, cutting the lead to 14-12.
