#12 Wolverines recover to beat the Buckeyes 34-31.

Michigan must answer Ohio State twice in the closing minutes after letting a 20-0 halftime lead slip away. John Kolesar delivers in the clutch, returning a kickoff 59 yards after the Buckeyes took the lead for a 2nd time, and then 2 plays later catches Demetrius Brown's 41-yard TD pass w/ 1:37 left.

Greg Frey and Carlos Snow spark Ohio State's comeback that results in 24 straight points. The Wolverines retake the lead with 4:22 left, but the Buckeyes immediately answer and retake the lead 31-27 on Bill Matlock's 16-yard TD run to cap the ensuing series.

Brown throws for 223 yards and 2 TDs to lead Michigan while Kolesar has 209 total yards. Snow rushes for 170 yards and 1 TD. Frey rebounds for a 4-of-15 1st half to hit 10-of-14 but it ends badly when Marc Spencer picks him off to seal the Wolverines' win.
