Ohio State stops Boston College on downs at the 5-yard line to preserve the win after the Eagles stage a huge comeback from a 31-7 deficit in the 2nd half. The Buckeyes stopped Ed Toner for a 1-yard loss on 4th-and-1 at the Ohio State 4 w/ :50 left.

The Buckeyes started fast, scoring on their first play when Greg Frey hits Jeff Graham for an 80-yard TD pass. Frey throws for 232 yards, while Carlos Snow runs for 147 yards and 2 TDs and Scottie Graham adds 151 yards, including a 70-yard TD run.
