Sooners humble the #10 Cornhuskers 45-10.

Oklahoma shuts down Nebraska's top-ranked rushing attack after Mickey Joseph leaves with a cut leg early in the game. With backup QB Mike Grant at the helm, the Cornhuskers become more productive creating turnovers than points and yardage, committing 7 turnovers, including a pair returned for scores.

The Sooners strike for 21 points in the 2nd quarter to take a 21-3 lead, highlighted by a 35-yard TD toss by Cale Gundy to Adrian Cooper. Gundy adds a TD on a QB sneak and Mike McKinley adds the 1st of 2 TD runs.

Nebraska closes to within 21-10 with a score early in the 3rd quarter, but McKinley follows with a 48-yard TD run. Greg DeQuasie returns an INT 43 yards for another score.
