#1 Huskies stop the #20 Trojans for 17-10 win.

Washington strikes with 2 early TDs, knocks out USC QB Rob Johnson early and gets the key turnovers for its 18th straight win. Shane Pahukoa picks Johnson on the 1st play of the game, setting up Billy Joe Hobert's 1-yard TD pass to Matt Jones. The Trojans' next series ends with a fumble in Huskies' territory and results in a 18-yard TD pass from Hobert to Joe Kralik for a 14-0 lead.

USC pulls within 14-10 before halftime when Reggie Perry hits Curtis Conway on a 53-yard TD pass. However, Perry struggles and is eventually replaced by Kyle Wachholtz, who attempts to rally the Trojans but is picked off by Walter Bailey in the end zone in the final 2 minutes to seal Washington's win.
