Cal dominates Iowa on both sides of the ball. Dave Barr hits 21-of-28 for 266 yards and 3 TDs to lead the Bears, while Jerrott Willard leads a stifling defensive effort with 3 sacks and a 61-yard INT return. The Hawkeyes manage just 5 first downs and 90 yards total offense.
