The Blue Devils overcome 3 1st quarter INTs, to battle back and tie the game 13-13 in the 3rd quarter.

However, Fletcher, who rushes for 190 yards in the 2nd half, puts Wisconsin ahead for good with a 1-yard TD run in the 3rd quarter. The Badgers stretch the lead to 27-13 before Duke rallies within 27-20 on Robert Baldwin's 2-yard TD run with just over 4 minutes to play. But Wisconsin answers back with a ground control attack, capped by Fletcher's 49-yard TD run w/ 1:59 left.
