Nebraska rolls to a 24-0 lead in the 1st half and is never challenged by West Virginia. Tommie Frazier leads the way with a TD pass while running for 130 yards and 3 TDs.

After an early FG, Frazier scores on runs of 25 and 27 yards to open a 17-0 lead. Frazier then hits Reggie Baul with a 12-yard TD pass to stretch the lead to 24-0 by halftime.
