Razorbacks upset #11 Tigers 30-28 to take control of the SEC West.

Arkansas survives a huge rally by Auburn when Matt Hawkins' 52-yard FG attempt falls short on the final play. The Razorbacks lead 30-7 until Patrick Nix leads a big rally. Nix scores on a 15-yard draw late in the 3rd quarter to pull the Tigers within 30-13.

He hits Tyrone Goodson with a 19-yarder and then Errick Lowe with a 2-yard TD pass w/ :18 left to cut the Hogs' lead to 30-28. Auburn then recovers the onside kick and moves into position for Hawkins' missed FG. Nix completes 34-of-52 attempts for 387 yards, while Willie Gosha catches 17 for 222 yards.

The first half is all Arkansas as the Razorbacks recover a fumble on the opening kick off and then go on to score TDs on their 1st 3 possessions. Barry Lunney hits Anthony Eubanks with a 3-yard TD to start the scoring, then follows with a 3-yarder to Anthony Lucas and Madre Hill's 1-yard TD run makes it 21-0.

Hill rushes for 186 yards on 45 carries.
