Tennessee is able to live on the big play. Jay Graham knots the score 7-7 late in the 1st half with a 69-yard TD run, and then Peyton Manning gives the Vols a 14-7 lead with a 47-yard TD pass to Joey Kent. Ohio State draws even on Bobby Hoying's 32-yard TD pass to Rickey Dudley.

Manning throws for 192 yards and 1 TD while Graham runs for 168 yards on 26 carries.
