The Wolverines had grabbed a 25-21 lead on Brian Griese's 22-yard TD pass to Mercury Hayes w/ 3:38 to play. The teams traded scores in the 2nd half, trading the lead in the process. The Spartans are able to claim their 2nd win in 3 meetings.
