Oklahoma erases a 21-0 1st quarter deficit and then stops Texas on 4th-and-1 at the 11, midway through the 4th quarter after John Mackovic eschews a chip-shot FG for the go-ahead score. Jeremy Alexander's 42-yard FG attempt for Oklahoma in the final minute sails wide left.

The Sooners storm back behind Jerald Moore's 174 yards and 2 TDs rushing. Moore's 22-yard TD run midway through the 3rd quarter ties it 24-24.
