#20 Ducks turn back the #12 Bruins for 38-31 win.

Oregon stops Karim Abdul-Jabbar at the goalline on 4th down on the game's final play to preserve the win after UCLA had gone nearly the length of the field on 2 long completions following the Ducks' go-ahead score. Oregon answered rallies by the Bruins to go-ahead for good on Tony Graziani's 3-yard TD pass to Christin McLemore w/ 1:02 left.

Graziani throws for 255 yards and 2 TDs and runs for another. Abdul-Jabbar rushes for 127 yards to lead the Bruins. UCLA had tied the game twice in the 2nd half, the final time at 31-31 on Derek Ayers' 29-yard TD run w 3:52 left.
