Steve Sarkisian tosses a pair of 4th-quarter TD passes to lift Brigham Young to its 14th win of the season. Kansas State had led 15-5 despite a struggling offense. Brian Kavanaugh suffers 5 sacks, including 4 by Shay Muirbrooks, but manages to hit a pair of big TD passes to lift the Wildcats into the lead after trailing 5-0.

Kavanaugh hits Andre Anderson for a 41-yard TD pass on the final play of the 1st half. Kavanaugh hooks up with Kevin Lockett on a 73-yard TD pass in the 3rd quarter.

Sarkisian hits James Dye with a 32-yard TD pass early in the 4th quarter to cut the deficit to 15-12 and then puts BYU in the lead with a 28-yard TD pass to K.O. Kealaluhi w/ 3:39 left. Sarkisian finishes 21-of-36 for 291 yards.
