Hawkeyes upset the #10 Nittany Lions in the rain, 21-20.

Iowa beats Penn State for the 1st time since 1983 when Tavian Banks scores the go-ahead TD on an 8-yard TD run early in the 4th quarter, and then the Hawkeyes' defense holds off the Lions. Banks, replacing injured Sedrick Shaw, rushes for 116 yards and 2 TDs.

Iowa gets itself in the game in the 1st half, answering Penn State's 1st TD with an 83-yard punt return for a score by Tim Dwight. The Nittany Lions get a career-best 152 yards from Aaron Harris.
