Cardinal rout the Bears 42-21.

Stanford jumps out to a 17-0 lead and controls the game throughout. Cal fumbles on the opening possession and its all Cardinal afterward as Stanford converts the turnover into a FG.

Chad Hutchinson then hits Jon Ritchie for a 5-yard TD pass, the 1st of 3 by Hutchinson and Kailee Wong returns an INT 53 yards for a 17-0 lead. After the Bears get on the board, Stanford responds with a 56-yard TD pass from Hutchinson to Troy Walters, and later Damon Dunn scores on a 37-yard run for a 34-7 lead.
