There's no drama this time as Michigan throttles John Hessler and Colorado from the beginning. The Wolverines pick off Hessler 4 times, setting up 17 points.

Brian Griese is 21-of-28 for 258 yards and 2 TDs to lead Michigan. Leading 10-0 at the half, the Wolverines break the game open in the 3rd when Griese hits Chris Howard with a 5-yard TD pass and then Russell Shaw with a 6-yard TD pass.
