Tennessee breezes by Georgia on the strength of big days by Peyton Manning and Jamal Lewis. Lewis carries the load, rushing for 232 yards.

Meanwhile, Manning provides the points, throwing for 343 yards and 4 TDs and adding a 1-yard TD run that opens a 31-13 lead in the 4th quarter. After Robert Edwards' 49-yard TD run for the Bulldogs ties it 10-10, Manning answers with an 8-yard TD pass to Cedric Wilson and an 8-yarder to Peerless Price to open a 24-10 lead by halftime.
