Irish thump the #11 Tigers 24-6.

Notre Dame sprints to a 17-0 lead in the 1st quarter and coasts by LSU. Clement Stokes and Autry Denson combine for 184 yards and 3 TDs rushing to lead the Irish.

Notre Dame converts a long kickoff return by Allen Rossum into Denson's 9-yard TD run, and follows a FG with Stokes' 6-yard TD run after being set up by Ajani Sanders' INT return. The Tigers are unable to mount an offense to cut into the Irish control.
