Mississippi State jumps out to a quick 13-0 lead and never looks back against South Carolina. Kevin Prentiss returns the opening kickoff 91 yards for a TD and then James Johnson breaks loose for a 67-yard TD run on the Bulldogs' 2nd play from scrimmage.

Johnson finishes with 144 yards and 2 TDs. Cornell Menefee returns a 2nd quarter fumble 41 yards for a TD and 21-0 lead.
