The Sun Devils had gone ahead on Ryan Kealy's 8-yard TD pass to Tariq McDonald on the previous possession after a 61-yard punt return by J.R. Redmond.

Huard throws for 318 yards and 4 TDs to lead the Huskies with Dane Looker catching 11 passes for 108 yards and 2 TDs. Redmond finishes with 226 yards rushing, receiving and returning. Kealy throws for 302 yards and 3 TDs.
